Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Sinead from Miami Florida for being kind enough to email us this easy healthy graham crackers recipe. For step one take out a large glass or plastic mixing bowl and sift together all of the organic coconut flour, organic sorghum flour, organic ground wheat baking flour, organic barley flour, organic brown rice flour, organic oat based flour, your baking powder, granulated kosher salt and freshly ground cinnamon. Next quickly stir into the mixture the warm bottled water and large fresh free range egg. Once your batter is nice and fluffy stir in the extra virgin olive oil, organic liquid bees honey, and fresh cold soy milk stirring until the mixture is even. Continue stirring and mixing the cracker batter until a nice thick dough is formed. Next evenly roll out your sweet dough to an eighth inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut small graham cracker rectangles out then perforate each piece several times with a fork. Set your prepared graham crackers on a greased cookie sheet and then set the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or about 176 degrees Celsius. Once your oven has attained the proper heat level you can place the cookie sheet into the hot oven to bake for roughly ten minutes or until the graham crackers are crispy and golden brown in color. Repeat this cooking process until all of the graham cracker dough has been baked. Let your finished graham crackers cool for about eight minutes before serving. These healthy graham crackers will keep for a full week if stored in a tightly sealed container. Thanks again for checking out this new recipe.
