Preparation Instructions:
To begin this recipe, you will first need to take out a mixing bowl. Add into the bowl the brown sugar, table salt, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and baking flour. Sift these ingredients together using an electric mixer. Next add in the butter, then mix the ingredients together until a creamy batter is formed. Moving along, next add in the organic honey, sorghum molasses, vanilla extract, and bottled water. Again, using your electric mixer, whip these ingredients together until they form an even and consistent ball of graham cracker dough. Once your dough is finished take out a cookie sheet, then roll it into a half inch thick layer between two sheets of wax baking paper. Slide the cookie sheet into the refrigerator to chill for one full hour, or until the dough is firm. You are now ready to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next lightly flour your graham cracker dough, then roll it out to a one eighth inch thickness. Next take out a sharp kitchen knife and cut the dough into two inch squares. Arrange these crackers on a nonstick parchment lined cookie sheet, then poke each cracker with several holes using a fork. Lastly, slide your cookie sheet into the oven so that your graham crackers can bake for fifteen minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let the homemade graham crackers cool for ten minutes before serving. These graham crackers taste wonderful with a cold glass of milk, or smothered in crunchy peanut butter.
