Preparation Instructions:
Craig out of beautiful Memphis Tennessee emailed our staff this wonderful mock Keebler graham crackers recipe. For step one take out a large mixing bowl and sift together the white all purpose baking flour, whole wheat baker's flour, pure baking soda, granulated table salt, and pure baking powder. Next take out another large mixing bowl and whip together the softened salted real butter, firmly packed light brown sugar, and organic liquid bees honey. Once this butter based mixture is super creamy you will then want to mix it together with the sifted ingredients. While you're stirring both bowls of ingredients together pour in the cold fresh cow's milk and premium liquid vanilla extract. Continue stirring until a nice and firm graham cracker dough forms. Moving along next cover up your dough and place it inside of your refrigerator to chill overnight. The next day preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius. Once the aforementioned step is complete you can then lightly flour a clean and flat kitchen surface. Quarter your graham dough and roll each piece out into a five by fifteen inch rectangle. Divide each of these four rectangles into desired size pieces using a sharp knife. Set these cut pieces out on to greased cookie sheets and then perforate each graham cracker several times with a fork. Cook the graham crackers for about fifteen minutes or until they are crisp and golden. Let the crackers cool on a wire wrack for ten minutes before serving them. That concludes this super tasty recipe.
