For step one you should sift together in a bowl the unbleached all purpose baking flour, standard whole wheat baking flour, plain kosher salt, standard baking soda, and regular baking powder. Take out a new bowl and cream together the gourmet liquid vanilla extract, light brown cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, and plain raw bees honey. Moving along next combine the sifted ingredients with the creamed ingredients, stirring them both together until an even mixture forms. Next gradually pour the cold fresh soy milk into the mixture. Continue stirring until a nice firm vegan graham cracker dough forms. Wrap your dough with plastic wrap and then place it into the refrigerator to set overnight. The next day you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius. Next portion out your dough into four equal parts, then roll each part out to an eight inch rectangle on a light floured surface. Cut the rolled out dough into pieces of a desired size then perforate each piece several times with a sharp object. Place your prepared graham crackers on to a greased cookie sheet then slide them into your hot oven to bake for about fourteen minutes or until they are golden brown.
